Returns Process


  • All items purchased on Sale or Promotion are Final. These items are exchangeable if the size is available only and for on online orders (shipping charges for exchanges are not included). 
  • All International Sales (Outside of Canada) are Final Sale.
  • All regular priced items purchased online without a promotion are returnable, exchangeable and refundable. Except: evening wear, dresses, gowns, undergarments, multiple sizes of the same item purchased on the same order and sales items. All regular priced items purchased in store are exchangeable within 7 days of purchase, for in store credit only.
  • Evening wear garments (gowns, special occasion & cocktail dresses) are delicate and can be easily damaged therefore, they are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • Returns will only be accepted up to 7 calendar days from delivery of your merchandise.
  • Returned items must be unused and in the same condition received in and inside original packaging or similar with tags attached and RA# indicated on the outside of the package.
  • Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt and may incur a restocking fee of 5%.
  • We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased orders. 
  • Orders shipped within Canada and CANADA POST OR UPS, to the USA are shipped via DHL or USPS and International Orders are shipped via DHL. 

    Once we receive and inspect your returns, please allow up to 2 weeks for the process to be completed. All approved returns are refundable via the online Très Chic store (including sales tax, excluding shipping fees, as applicable). An email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been applied. 

    Shipping
    Please take note that the original shipping and handling fees may be deducted from the amount of your refund.

    You will also be responsible for paying for your own return and any fees and duties that might be applied by customs during the return. Return shipping costs and duties are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount.

    When returning merchandise, please keep hold of your return tracking information. Très Chic is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment and we will deduct all duties to the refund if duties are charged by customs. You will receive a confirmation email from us when your return is processed which will include the full details of refund credited.  

    When a return is eligible, please request an RA# by emailing your request and reason for return. An RA# is to be submitted and needs to be indicated on the package before being shipped to: Tres Chic, 1638 Boul. De L’Avenir, Laval, Qc., H7S 2N4 Canada
